I was really hoping to find some cute, trendy shoes, but most of the styles felt kind of dated or super basic. I kept scrolling thinking something better would pop up, but give me a break, it was slim pickings. Just not the selection I was hoping for.

The shoes themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But the shipping cost felt ridiculous. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for it, the store, the seller, or some third-party shipping thing. I just kept feeling like nobody really owned the issue

"Stock info was wrong"
I ordered a pair of shoes because the site said they were in stock, then a few days later I got an email saying they actually didn’t have them. What made it more annoying was that the site was still showing sizes available even after they told me mine wasn’t. On top of that, the reminder emails felt really pushy, like they kept nudging me to come back and buy when they couldn’t even get the stock right. Frustrating and just a waste of time.

"Sizing felt a little off"
I ordered a pair from tiptopshoes.com and the delivery part was totally fine, no issues there. The shoes themselves just didn’t fit quite how I expected. I went with my normal size, but they felt a little narrow, almost like they ran about a half size small. "Looked nice, but my feet were not happy"
I bought a pair from Tip Top Shoes and at first I thought they looked good when I took them out of the box. But once I actually wore them for a short walk, my heels started rubbing and my toes felt squeezed after maybe 20 minutes.
I gave them a few more tries because I figured they might just need some breaking in, but they stayed stiff and uncomfortable in the same spots. For what I paid, I really expected them to feel better, so I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

"Sale prices weren’t really worth it for me"
Maybe it depends on what you’re shopping for, but the sale prices didn’t feel like real deals to me. A lot of the items were still expensive even after the discount, and a few “deals” looked almost the same as regular prices. I was hoping the sale section would help me save more, but for what I was looking at, it just didn’t make much of a difference...

My order took way longer to arrive than I expected. The tracking info barely moved for days, so I had no idea when the shoes were actually going to show up, lol. The shoes themselves were fine once they finally got here, but the shipping process was frustrating. Not sure I’d order again if it’s going to take that long.

"Used to be better, but this was a mess"
I’ve ordered before and thought the service used to be better. This time I ordered one pair of shoes and ended up getting a completely different size and color. Even the label on the box didn’t match what I ordered. It took way too long to get any real answers, and in the end I still had to deal with the return myself. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Shoes survived, but the box had a rough trip"
I was excited when the delivery showed up, but the first thing I noticed was the shoe box looked like it had been through a lot. It was ripped, crushed, and smashed up by the time it got to me. Thankfully, the shoes themselves were okay, so that was a relief, but it still didn’t feel great opening a new order in that condition. If I had been buying them as a gift, I would’ve been disappointed.

"Return policy was not clear at all"
I ordered from Tip Top Shoes thinking returns would be straightforward. At first, the policy seemed simple enough, but once I actually needed to send the shoes back, I started feeling like there were all these extra rules I somehow missed??
The shipping fees, timing, and what they consider an acceptable return just weren’t clear to me. I ended up clicking around trying to figure it out, and even then I still wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do.
Maybe the information is technically there somewhere, but it really should be easier to understand. When money is involved, I don’t want to be guessing what the rules are??

"Hard to justify the price"
I ordered these shoes here, then later found the exact same pair for less on other sites, which didn’t sit right with me. The shoes themselves were fine, so I’m not trying to say they’re bad, but I do think customers should feel like they’re being charged fairly. Shipping was standard too, so the final total just felt higher than it should have been.
